With more than 35 years of experience in the construction industry, Joseph Rodriguez serves as Owner and Principal of GB Construction with a strong sense of purpose and leadership. A U.S. Army veteran, devoted husband, father, and grandfather, Joseph brings a disciplined, values-driven approach to his role, grounded in integrity, service, and commitment to the community.
Joseph earned a Bachelor of Applied Arts and Sciences in Business Administration and Management from Midwestern State University. Throughout his career, he has successfully overseen a broad range of construction and renovation projects, managing each phase from initial concept through final completion. His expertise in design coordination, project management, and construction execution has consistently resulted in projects delivered on schedule, within budget, and in alignment with the highest standards of quality and client satisfaction.
Having previously worked closely alongside founder Gary Baker, Joseph has a deep respect for the company’s history and established culture. He remains committed to preserving the values of craftsmanship, collaboration, and family that have defined GB Construction for decades. Under his leadership, the company continues to focus on excellence, strong client relationships, and meaningful contributions to the community.
Beyond his professional accomplishments, Joseph takes great pride in his family. In 2026, one of his sons, Jacob Rodriguez, achieved a significant personal milestone by being drafted into the National Football League by the Miami Dolphins—an accomplishment that reflects the same dedication, discipline, and perseverance Joseph values both personally and professionally.
