With over 35 years of experience in the construction industry, Joseph Rodriguez steps into his role as Owner and Principal of GB Construction with a deep sense of purpose and pride. A U.S. Army veteran, devoted husband, father, and grandfather, Joseph brings not only technical expertise but also a steadfast commitment to integrity, service, and community—values that have long defined the spirit of GB Construction.
Joseph holds a Bachelor of Applied Arts and Sciences in Business Administration and Management from Midwestern State University. Throughout his career, he has successfully led a wide range of construction and renovation projects from concept to completion. His strengths in design coordination, project management, and construction execution have consistently ensured that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and client satisfaction.
Having previously worked alongside founder Gary Baker, Joseph is no stranger to the company’s legacy. He carries forward a deep respect for the culture of craftsmanship, collaboration, and family that Gary cultivated over decades.
